Alike Studio, S.L. (“Alike Studio”, “we”, “us”, “our” and terms of similar meaning) take your privacy rights very seriously. We are committed to transparently describing our privacy practices, including how we collect, use and disclose data we obtain from your activity on our games, applications and related services (“Games” or “Application”).

We encourage you to read and understand our privacy policy (“Privacy Policy”) before using our Games. By using our Games, you acknowledge our collection, use and disclosure of your Data in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

All capitalized terms that are not otherwise defined herein obtain their meaning from the Terms.

1. What Information Do We Collect?

• General. The Application does not collect or solicit any personal or personally identifiable information from any of its users. For greater certainty, any personal or personally identifiable information provided to the platform through which the Application is accessed, such as Apple, Steam, Nintendo, Google or any other third-party platform, is not necessarily given to us, nor do we necessarily have access to it. Our primary purpose in collecting Data from you voluntarily is to provide you with safe, smooth, entertaining and customized experiences when using the Application. Depending on the platform and version of the Application, we may collect Data related to your gameplay session in the Application. We may also collect Data that is sent to platform services, such as cloud storage, achievements, leaderboards, save synchronization or user account services, where applicable. These services may include, without limitation, Apple iCloud, Apple Game Center, Steam, Nintendo Switch Online, Google Play Games or other similar platform services. This Data may include, without limitation, time stamps of when you accessed, used and left the Application; your game version number, Game ID, saved game information, gameplay progress, achievements, preferences, device or platform identifiers, and other technical information necessary to provide the Application and its related services.
• Data. Data from gameplay sessions in the Application may be collected and stored on the local device and/or through the platform services associated with the Application, depending on the platform, user settings and features available.
• User Feedback. We may collect ratings, reviews and feedback information from users of the Application.

2. How Do We Use Your Information and Data?

We may use your Data to provide to you the license for the Application; to provide you with the Application; resolve service disputes; troubleshoot problems; improve our content and product offerings; detect and protect us against error, fraud and other criminal activities; provide you with system or administrative messages; and/or as otherwise described to you at the time of collection. These uses improve the Application and better tailor it to meet your needs, so as to provide you with a safe, smooth, entertaining and customized experience while using the Application.

3. Our Disclosure of Your Information and Data

• General Disclosure. We may share your Data with third parties only in the ways that are described in this Privacy Policy and in accordance with applicable law.
• Subsidiaries, Affiliates & Service Providers. We may use the services of subsidiaries, affiliates and third-party service providers (collectively, “Third Parties”) in connection with our provision of the Application, platform features, analytics, technical support, cloud storage, crash reporting, or off-premise data hosting. We may disclose your Data to the Third Parties in the course of our use of their services. We take care to use Third Parties that we believe are reputable and capable of performing the services we require of them, including, without limitation, the handling of confidential information and Data and the compliance with all applicable laws.
• Platforms. Our Games may be distributed through third-party platforms, such as Apple, Steam, Nintendo, Google or other digital stores and services. Your use of those platforms may be subject to their own privacy policies, terms and account settings. We do not control how those platforms collect, use or process your personal information.
• Laws and Jurisdictions. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in this Privacy Policy, we may preserve or disclose your Data if we believe that it is reasonably necessary to comply with a law, regulation or legal request; to protect the safety of any person; to address fraud, security or technical issues; or to protect our or any other person’s or entity’s rights or property. However, nothing in this Privacy Policy is intended to limit any legal defenses or objections that you may have to a third party’s, including a government’s, request to disclose your Data.
• Sale of Business. We may disclose Data to the acquiror or its agents in the course of the sale of our business. If we do this, the disclosure will be subject to confidentiality arrangements customary in such transactions.
• Storing and Processing Your Information and Data. In some cases, Data that we collect may be stored or processed outside of the jurisdiction in which it is received. When that occurs, we continue to protect the Data with appropriate safeguards and data export requirements, but it may be subject to the legal jurisdiction of those countries and governmental authorities in those countries.

4. Data Retention

Any Data stored locally on your device may be deleted by uninstalling the Application, deleting local save data, or using the relevant settings available on your device or platform. Any Data stored through platform services, such as cloud saves, achievements, account services or similar features, may be managed through the settings of the relevant platform, where available. We retain Data only for as long as necessary to provide the Application, comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce our agreements, and protect our legitimate business interests.

5. Your Information and Data Rights

In accordance with the applicable privacy laws, you shall have the following rights with respect to your Data:

• Right of Access and Portability. You may ask for an overview or copy of your Data to be provided to you; and/or transferred to another organization.
• Right to Erasure and Rectification. You may request that your Data be corrected or deleted, where applicable, by contacting us or by using the relevant settings available on your device or platform.
• Right to Erasure and Restriction. If you would like to remove or restrict our processing of your Data collected in relation to the Application, please contact us at info@alikestudio.com. Where Data is processed directly by a third-party platform, such request may need to be made to the relevant platform. You may also be able to decline certain data processing features, such as cloud storage, achievements, analytics or platform account services, through the settings available on your device or platform. However, doing so may result in decreased functionality of the Application. Notwithstanding the foregoing, despite such request, subject to all applicable laws and the terms and conditions of this Privacy Policy, we may still retain your Data already collected for legitimate business interests, to collect any fees owed, if and as applicable, resolve disputes, troubleshoot problems, assist with any investigations, prevent fraud, enforce our Terms and/or take other actions as required or permitted by law.
• Right to Object. You may object to us processing your Data.
• Right to Withdraw Consent. Where we have asked for your consent to use and/or process your Data, if applicable, you can withdraw this consent at any time. We will do our best to accommodate your request, subject to applicable laws and the terms and conditions of this Privacy Policy. 6. Children’s Privacy

The Application may be used by children and family audiences. Where the Application collects, uses or discloses non-personally identifiable Data related to gameplay from under-age users, it does so in the same way as for other users, as described in this Privacy Policy. The Application’s use of under-age users’ Data is limited to supporting the internal operations of the Application, providing gameplay features, saving progress, maintaining functionality, improving the user experience, and ensuring technical performance and security. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children without the appropriate legal basis or parental consent where required by applicable law. 7. Security

We strive to protect your Data by putting in place a range of technical and organizational measures to safeguard and secure the Data we receive from you, including without limitation, security technologies. We are continuously utilizing security measures to protect your Data from unauthorized access or against loss, misuse or alteration. Despite our efforts, we cannot guarantee the security of your Data. Unauthorized entry or use, hardware or Application failure and other factors may compromise the security of your Data at any time. We reserve the right, without any limitation, to investigate any suspected breaches of the Application’s security or information technology or other systems or networks.

8. Changes to This Privacy Policy

Alike Studio may amend this Privacy Policy from time to time. The use of Data we collect is subject to the Privacy Policy in effect at the time the Data is used. If we make any material changes in the way we use your Data, we will notify you by posting the updated Privacy Policy on our website, within the Application where applicable, or through any other method required by the relevant platform or applicable law. Users of the Application are bound by any changes to the Privacy Policy when they use the Application after such changes have been first posted.
